As we were remodeling The House at Arch Cape, we had a hunch it had the potential to be something truly special. But even with our high hopes, we’ve been absolutely delighted by the overwhelmingly positive feedback from our guests!

Book The House at Arch Cape
Start by exploring available dates on our calendar and choosing your preferred stay period. Then, click the “Review Booking” button to proceed. On the next page, you can refine the number of guests, review the price breakdown, and confirm your personal details. Finally, complete your booking securely. You will be required to electronically sign our Rental Agreement, as well as pay a 20% deposit. Final payment is due 60 days prior to your check-in date, at which point it is no longer refundable. Please let us know if you have any questions along the way- we are happy to help!
Additional costs include a $495 cleaning fee, a 13% lodging tax and a $1000 refundable damage deposit. Reservations that include July 4 and December 31 will require a $2000 refundable damage deposit.
