"What an oasis! This home was pure beach house magic! True to the pictures, and so much better in person, we were so sad to leave. Plenty of space for people to have along time and also commune together as a family in the huge living room, dining room and outdoor dining area. The beach is steps away and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was the most relaxing experience. We can't wait to come back!"

"We absolutely loved this place!! Everything from check in to the amenities & view was really comfortable. The host was wonderful to communicate with- Lara was such a gem & was able to accommodate our early check in. It's a really nice, clean, expansive home. Great kitchen & bathrooms, with bathtub downstairs. That along with the fabulous range & two dishwashers were a big plus. There's a view of the ocean from many rooms on both levels of the house and the beach access is right across the street."

"My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Lara's property for a week and I wish we would have stayed forever. The ground floor condo was perfect for us- beautiful views, privacy, quiet plus a lovely interior. The kitchen has everything necessary for cooking in or BBQing so you can enjoy meals on the lanai. The bedrooms/bathrooms are comfortable, well air conditioned and stocked with sheets/towels, etc. Plus, the storage closet has everything you need to go to the beach- including a wagon to haul gear. We will happily book another trip to stay at Makena Surf again."

The view is unbeatable and access to the beach amazing. We watched storms passing over the water with hot drinks and a fireplace. "Everything about this place is amazing. Property, beach, pool, tennis courts. But most spectacular is the condo itself. It's luxurious and stylish, very clean and decorated with great taste. The kitchen has everything you can think you might need. Both bathrooms are spa level facilities. Communication with owner is great. We can't think of anything that we wish would be different.
